Note(s) : Edition qui diffère du manuscrit par deux tables en latin où sont reportées lisiblement les noms des provinces de l'Empire d'Orient et d'Occident qui sont indiquées sur le fond de carte en chiffres romains. - Diffère également par l'ajout d'un titre qui surmonte la carte, par les contours rouges, jaunes et verts des frontières, et par le contour bleu des côtes. - Tampon du service géographique du ministère des affaires étrangères où était conservée cette carte jusqu'en 1924
