Commentaires : Este blog servirá de apoyo a la red de investigadores y profesionales interesados en mejorar el conocimiento de las razones de la vulnerabilidad de la población latinoamericana, en especial migrante, frente al VIH. El blog nace como parte del proyecto “TransMigrants: Facteurs socioculturels et migratoires autour de la prévention du VIH auprès des personnes trans MtF latino-américaines” (“Transmigrantes: factores socioculturales y migratorios alrededor de la prevención del VIH en las personas trans MtF latinoamericanas”), financiado por Sidaction entre 2017 y 2019 y llevado a cabo por Olga L González, investigadora asociada del laboratorio Urmis (Unité de Recherche Migrations et Société) de la Universidad París Diderot. El objetivo del blog es intercambiar conocimientos sobre la vulnerabilidad de esta población frente al VIH, albergando un espectro amplio que dé cuenta de las característica culturales, las condiciones socio-económicas y las políticas públicas [source éditeur]
Commentaires : This blog will bring support to the network of researchers and professionals interested in improving their knowledge of the reasons driving the vulnerability of Latin American populations, and especially migrants, to HIV. This blog was born as part of the “Transmigrants project': sociocultural and migratory factors around HIV prevention in Latin American MtF transgendered people” financed by Sidaction between 2017 and 2019 and carried out by Olga L González, associate researcher of the Urmis laboratory (Unité de Recherche Migrations et Société) of the Paris Diderot University. This blog's objective is the exchange of knowledge regarding this population's vulnerability to HIV, encompassing a broad spectrum that accounts for cultural characteristics, socio-economic conditions and public policies.
