"This innovative atlas deconstructs the contemporary image of the North-South divide and advocates the need for the international community to redraw the global map, as the contemporary world map with the 1980 Brandt Line drawing a stark divide between developed and underdeveloped countries no longer serves its purpose in the twenty-first century.
