du "Liberty Party (U.S. : 1932-1933)" et du "Liberty Party (1904-1908)". - Différent
également du "National Liberty Party" formé par Gerrit Smith comme "the Liberty League",
fraction dissidente du "Liberty Party (U.S. : 1840-1848)" et renommé plus tard : "the
National Liberty Party". - Dissous en 1848 ; un nombre important de ses membres rejoint
alors le "Free Soil Party".
