Résumé : Following the 4th wave of Covid-19 and the extension of the health pass decided by the French government in strict force from August 16, 2021, I looked into the effectiveness of such a decision. While the Delta variant wreaks havoc around the world, in Africa only 2% of the population out of 1300 million are vaccinated, far from the 100% needed while, according to The World Health Oganisation (WHO), it is already present in 124 territories [27, 28] and as communicable as you are vaccinated or not. Fear has caused the world to be divided into two categories, those who have a health pass and those who do not. But it is nothing alarming to live or die especially for people who are already quite advanced in age from 70 years. In 1945 there were more than 100 million deaths from plague, cholera, typhus and Spanish flu. What is needed is a happy and useful life [20]. To do this take care of you by having a healthy diet, do physical activities (physical exercise, yoga, tai-chi, yi jin jing, walking, hiking, swimming), learn to meditate, control your mind because all things, from the smallest atom to galaxies, from the human being to the mountain, from the body to the mind, are constantly changing as they interact. This is impermanence [31]. Paris, august 23, 2021 [source éditeur]
