Tell Ibrahim Awad (Égypte ; site archéologique)
Vedette matière nom géographique. S'emploie en tête de vedette ou en subdivision.
Site archéologique de l'est du delta du Nil, à env. 20 km de Faqus. Les strates ont
révélé une occupation de l'époque pré-dynastique au Moyen-Empire ; les vestiges les
plus importants datent de Nagada II, de par l'utilisation de la brique crue (installations
domestiques). Les principaux éléments architecturaux retrouvés dans le secteur A sont
une tombe de la 1ère dynastie et un temple du Moyen-Empire (avec son enceinte) peut-être
dédié à Horus-L'-Enfant (poupées).
