Mouvement britannique de contestation de la conscription instituée en Grande-Bretagne
au début de la première Guerre mondiale. - Créé en novembre 1914 par Archibald Fenner
Brockway, qui publia un appel dans le "Labour leader", organe de l'Independant Labour
party, les 12 et 19 novembre 1914. Il fut rejoint par Reginald Clifford Allen, secrétaire
du "Daily citizen", organe du Labour party, puis Clarence Henry Norman, socialiste
et écrivain. - Siège à Londres. - Fin d'activité en 1920.
